Welcome to M.P. Pest Control Service! Before you engage our services, we kindly ask you to read and understand the following terms and conditions. By using our pest control services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Agreement

1.1 Scope of Service:
M.P. Pest Control Service agrees to provide pest control services as outlined in the agreement. The specific services and terms will be detailed in the service agreement between the client and M.P. Pest Control Service.

1.2 Access to Property:
The client agrees to provide M.P. Pest Control Service with access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Service Charges:
The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon service charges as specified in the service agreement. Charges may vary based on the scope and nature of the pest control services provided.

2.2 Payment Schedule:
Payment is due upon completion of the pest control services unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. M.P. Pest Control Service reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation:
The client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3.2 Rescheduling:
M.P. Pest Control Service reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or technical issues.

4. Warranty

4.1 Guarantee:
M.P. Pest Control Service provides a limited warranty for the effectiveness of our pest control services. The warranty period and terms will be specified in the service agreement.

4.2 Reporting Issues:
In case of issues within the warranty period, the client must promptly notify M.P. Pest Control Service. We will reevaluate and, if necessary, provide additional services at no extra cost.

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability:
M.P. Pest Control Service is not liable for damages or losses resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to pre-existing property conditions, environmental factors, or client negligence.

5.2 Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold M.P. Pest Control Service harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the pest control services provided.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of West Bengal, India.

By engaging M.P. Pest Control Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
